Summer school, 2 days (Tue 9th - Wed 10th April)
Conference, 2 days (Thu 11th – Fri 12th April)

Scientific content

The conference will cover the following topics:

  • Photodynamic therapy (clinical and basic research)
  • Photosensitiser strategies
  • Nanotechnology for pharmaceutical applications:
o Design of nanomedicine and targeting strategies
    o Cyclodextrins
    o Plasmonic nanoparticles
  • Photochemical internalization
  • Translational research
  • Etc.

The conference aims to be an interdisciplinary meeting arena for clinical researchers, and researchers involved in basic and pharmaceutical research. The overall goal of the conference is to inspire to new research collaborations, and to facilitate the translation of scientific findings to clinical research.

The conference is open world-wide to all researchers in the field.
